Martin Miller – Web of Lies

Happy album release day (‘Maze Of My Mind’) to Martin Miller. He asked me to perform in his video Web Of Lies and now that I see the result I am more than happy that I accepted.

Martin Miller – Something New

Needless to say that Martin Miller is an excellent guitarist. So when he asked me to play bass in one of his videos, it was a no-brainer for me!

The song had already been recorded so I only joined the video-shoot, but it was still exciting. My Obsidious band colleague Sebastian Lanser played drums for the song and we had a lot of fun that day.

Now the video has been released:

Behind The Scenes – Obsidious

This video is a diary of my bass recordings for the Obsidious debut album. I talk about the different tracks, how I decided for different basses and what problems we had to face in the recording process. The amazing producer V. Santura explains how he makes a bass sound shine through in such a busy metal sound.
